Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We strive to provide accurate images of our products, and what you see on our website is a close representation of the actual item. However, please keep in mind that some variations can occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or slight differences in product design and manufacturing. Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to your Order History or My Purchases section, where you’ll find a list of all your orders. Click on the specific order to access and download your receipt. If you checked out as a guest, you can find your receipt in the confirmation email we sent you after purchase.

How can I return an item?

We're sorry that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase! To return an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Review our Return Policy: Make sure your item qualifies for a return (check the policy for time frames and conditions).

  2. Request a Return: Log into your account and go to Order History. Find the item you wish to return and click on the Request Return button. If you checked out as a guest, you can initiate the return through the link in your order confirmation email.

  3. Print the Return Label: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label. Simply print it and attach it to your package.

  4. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We understand how frustrating it can be when an item is out of stock! While we can’t guarantee that all out-of-stock items will be restocked, we do regularly update our inventory based on demand and availability from our suppliers.
